As detailed in the Florida Drug Control Strategy; law enforcement works to decrease illicit drug activity and keep the supply of drugs down, so as to make them harder to obtain. The laws of economics predict that as supplies decrease, prices generally go up, allowing for less affordability and leading to lower consumption.

In this section you will be able to read about certain law enforcement initiatives, which the Office of Drug Control is involved in and you will be able to link to other law enforcement sites that provide detailed information such as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Florida Highway Patrol.
