Drug Courts

Drug courts remain the Crown Jewel of our treatment system. A drug court is defined as a specifically designed court calendar or docket intended to use the coercive power of the criminal justice system to reduce recidivism and substance abuse among non-violent drug involved adult and juvenile offenders. Drug courts increase the likelihood of successful rehabilitation of participants through a variety of methods such as early, continuous, and intensive judicially supervised treatment, mandatory drug testing and the use of rehabilitative services.
